These terms help define the relationship between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and CodableMe. Broadly speaking, we give you permission to use our services on the codableme.com website (“Website”), eu.Espírira and Converter X mobile applications (“Mobile Application”), and any of their related products and services (collectively, “Products”) if you agree to follow these terms, which reflect how CodableMe’s business works.
By accessing our Website or downloading and using our Mobile Application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using our Products.
You’re not allowed to copy or modify the Products, or our trademarks in any way.
You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the Products, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the Products into other languages or make derivative versions.
The Products themselves, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to CodableMe.
CodableMe is committed to ensuring that the Products are as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the Products or to charge for their services, at any time and for any reason.
We will never charge you for the Products or their services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The CodableMe Products stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our service. It’s your responsibility to keep your devices and access to the Products secure.
We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device.
It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the CodableMe Products won’t work properly or at all.
The Products use third-party services that declare their Terms and Conditions.

You should be aware that there are certain things that CodableMe will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the Products will require the Products to have an active internet connection.
The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but CodableMe cannot take responsibility for the Products not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the Products outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply.
As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the Products, or other third-party charges.
In using the Products, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Products outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming.
If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the Products, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the Products.
Along the same lines, CodableMe cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the Products i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, CodableMe cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to CodableMe’s responsibility for your use of the Products, when you’re using the Products, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you.
CodableMe accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the Products.
At some point, we may wish to update the Mobile Application. The Mobile Application are currently available on iOS – the requirements for the system(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the Mobile Application to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the Mobile Application.
CodableMe does not promise that it will always update the Mobile Application so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS version that you have installed on your device.
However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the Mobile Application, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you.
Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the Mobile Application, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, your right to use the Mobile Application will cease immediately.
The laws of Portugal, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and your use of the Products. Your use of the Products may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
If you have any concern or dispute about the Products, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us.
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if we have made them available to you on our Products. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

Os Produtos CodableMe armazenam e processam dados pessoais que você nos forneceu, para fornecer nosso serviço. É sua responsabilidade manter seus dispositivos e acesso aos Produtos seguros.
Portanto, recomendamos que você não faça o jailbreak ou root no seu telefone, que é o processo de remoção de restrições e limitações de software impostas pelo sistema operacional oficial do seu dispositivo.
Isso pode tornar seu telefone vulnerável a malware/vírus/programas maliciosos, comprometer os recursos de segurança do seu telefone e pode significar que os produtos CodableMe não funcionarão corretamente ou não funcionarão.
Os Produtos usam serviços de terceiros que declaram seus Termos e Condições.

Você deve estar ciente de que há certas coisas pelas quais a CodableMe não se responsabiliza. Certas funções dos Produtos exigirão que os Produtos tenham uma conexão ativa com a Internet.
A conexão pode ser Wi-Fi ou fornecida pelo seu provedor de rede móvel, mas a CodableMe não pode se responsabilizar pelos Produtos que não funcionam em plena funcionalidade se você não tiver acesso ao Wi-Fi e não tiver nenhum dos seus dados sobrado subsídio.
Se você estiver usando os Produtos fora de uma área com Wi-Fi, lembre-se de que os termos do contrato com seu provedor de rede móvel ainda se aplicam.
Como resultado, você pode ser cobrado pela sua operadora de celular pelo custo dos dados pela duração da conexão durante o acesso aos Produtos ou outras cobranças de terceiros.
Ao usar os Produtos, você aceita a responsabilidade por tais cobranças, incluindo cobranças de dados de roaming se você usar os Produtos fora de seu território de origem (ou seja, região ou país) sem desativar o roaming de dados.
Se você não for o pagador da conta do dispositivo no qual está usando os Produtos, esteja ciente de que assumimos que você recebeu permissão do pagador da conta para usar os Produtos.
Na mesma linha, a CodableMe nem sempre pode se responsabilizar pela maneira como você usa os Produtos, ou seja, você precisa garantir que seu dispositivo permaneça carregado - se ficar sem bateria e você não puder ligá-lo para aproveitar o Serviço, a CodableMe não poderá aceitar a responsabilidade.
Com relação à responsabilidade da CodableMe pelo uso dos Produtos, quando você estiver usando os Produtos, é importante ter em mente que, embora nos esforcemos para garantir que estejam sempre atualizados e corretos, contamos com terceiros para fornecer informações para que possamos disponibilizá-las para você.
A CodableMe não se responsabiliza por qualquer perda, direta ou indireta, que você sofra como resultado de confiar totalmente nesta funcionalidade dos Produtos.
Em algum momento, podemos querer atualizar o Aplicativo Móvel. O aplicativo móvel está atualmente disponível no iOS – os requisitos para o sistema (e para quaisquer sistemas adicionais para os quais decidirmos estender a disponibilidade do aplicativo móvel) podem mudar, e você precisará baixar as atualizações se quiser continuar usando o Aplicativo Móvel.
O CodableMe não promete que sempre atualizará o aplicativo móvel para que seja relevante para você e/ou funcione com a versão do iOS que você instalou no seu dispositivo.
No entanto, você promete sempre aceitar as atualizações do aplicativo quando oferecidas a você. Também podemos querer parar de fornecer o Aplicativo Móvel e podemos encerrar o uso do mesmo a qualquer momento sem aviso de rescisão a você.
A menos que lhe digamos o contrário, após qualquer rescisão, (a) os direitos e licenças concedidos a você nestes termos terminarão; (b) você deve parar de usar o Aplicativo Móvel e (se necessário) excluí-lo do seu dispositivo.
Podemos encerrar ou suspender seu acesso imediatamente, sem aviso prévio ou responsabilidade, por qualquer motivo, incluindo, sem limitação, se você violar estes Termos e Condições.
Após a rescisão, seu direito de usar o Aplicativo Móvel cessará imediatamente.
As leis de Portugal, excluindo suas regras de conflitos de leis, regerão estes Termos e seu uso dos Produtos. Seu uso dos Produtos também pode estar sujeito a outras leis locais, estaduais, nacionais ou internacionais.
Se você tiver alguma dúvida ou disputa sobre os Produtos, você concorda em primeiro tentar resolver a disputa informalmente entrando em contato conosco.
Estes Termos e Condições podem ter sido traduzidos se os disponibilizamos para você em nossos Produtos. Você concorda que o texto original em inglês prevalecerá em caso de disputa.
Podemos atualizar nossos Termos e Condições de tempos em tempos. Assim, recomendamos que você revise esta página periodicamente para quaisquer alterações.
